The Model X Bikes provide a technology-free experience that is perfect for music-oriented group cycling studios, as well as multi-unit housing and hospitality fitness centers that don't offer guided classes. With the optional 4iiii powermeter, members and guests can bring their phone or personal fitness device to track and store their own personal data. We lead by example by creating genuine and inclusive content, and utilizing a coaching approach that allows instructors to connect with members of all fitness levels. By taking one of our courses, instructors will learn the importance of being a trusted communicator, how to set expectations, engage, motivate, and retain members.
